Our client, a leading organization in the insurance and financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated Account Analyst to join their team. As an Account Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting Billing and Customer Service teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Account Analyst

Location: Markham, ON

Pay Rate: $19.15

What's the Job?

• Handle approximately 50 inbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with insurance partners and underwriters.
• Act as a company ambassador by supporting inbound billing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Communicate clearly and effectively through telephony and electronic means, including email correspondence.
• Gather relevant information systematically to ensure seamless customer interactions and issue resolution.

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably within insurance or banking industries.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Quick adaptability to evolving work environments and processes.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and various web-based applications on Windows platforms.
