Summary
The Web Developer II (ServiceNow) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web‑based solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise service delivery. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and user‑friendly applications and integrations, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to configuration, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow modules while following best practices in Agile development, testing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop native software solutions (mobile or full-stack, as specified).
- Implement complex features and functionalities efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the security and data privacy of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Contribute to complex testing, including test plan creation and execution, production defect triage and resolution.
- Provide accurate estimates for tasks in sprint and PI planning.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making.
- Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Proactive Problem-Solving : Identifies critical needs and takes decisive action to address them effectively and efficiently.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Actively seeks and implements new ideas and innovative solutions, proactively exploring new areas and opportunities for growth.

Critical Qualifications
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
Additional Information :
For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
