Deliverables

• Lead the architecture, solution design, and implementation governance of ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise solutions.
• Define target-state architectures, workflows, data models, integrations, governance controls, and platform standards that support cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and operational objectives.
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and security ecosystems including vulnerability scanners, SIEM/SOAR platforms, CMDB, asset management systems, and enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, roadmap planning, implementation oversight, release governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, reporting, user experience, and risk management effectiveness.

Experience Required

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on architecture, solution design, and implementation oversight for Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, application framework, data models, workflows, integrations, role-based access controls, reporting, and enterprise-scale solution design.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity and risk management domains, including security incident lifecycle management, vulnerability management, risk registers, controls, issues management, policy compliance, and exception handling processes.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners, SIEM/SOAR platforms, CMDBs, asset management systems, and external applications using REST APIs, web services, data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, risk governance, security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), enterprise architecture practices, and governance controls, with the ability to guide vendors, stakeholders, and delivery teams through complex implementations.
