who we are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. You will gain exposure to a wide range of product creation methods and collaborate across categories, building a deep understanding of how different constructions and materials inform performance and aesthetic .

You will contribute to ongoing research, exploring trends, materials, knit innovations, and competitive product across the soft accessories space. This curiosity will support the team's creative direction and help shape product that balances function, comfort, and refined design.

As part of the team, you'll join a culture rooted in curiosity, craftsmanship, and continuous learning. You bring a strong interest in accessories or technical product creation, a developing design eye, and a proactive, hands-on mindset along with an enthusiasm to learn across multiple build methods and contribute to a category where innovation and versatility are key.
