Title: End User Support Analyst (French Support)
Location: MONTREAL & MIRABEL, QUEBEC
Duration: 12+ Months

Salary Range: C$41 INC

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-user computing and technical support, with the ability to resolve complex issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about technology and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of End User Computing Devices (Laptop, Desktop, VDI)
  • Ability to provide technical support over the phone
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience resolving customer issues related to infrastructure
  • Experience with network connectivity, PCs, and VPN connectivity
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Client Software
  • Ability to resolve issues or provide workarounds
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops
  • Experience with Active Directory and desktop engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Client and VDI troubleshooting
  • Language support: Canadian French (24x7)
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions
  • Knowledge of Service Now Ticketing Tool
  • Client Certification

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Assist with network connectivity, PCs, and VPN support
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive solutions
