Job description

Job Title: UKG Developer (formally Kronos)

Location: Remote in Canada

Duration: 06-12 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced developer with expertise in UKG (formerly Kronos) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production support and incident management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience with Kronos 8.1
  • Experience in production support, including working under tight SLAs
  • Proficiency in incident resolution life cycle
  • Experience with Incident Management Tools, such as ServiceNow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with a vast user base and IT stakeholders from integrating applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues promptly and within SLA time limits
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask to handle multiple production issues simultaneously
  • Experience in coordinating with offshore resources to ensure all production issues are resolved within the allowed SLA

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Kronos to Dayforce migration

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA time limits
  • Coordinate with offshore resources to ensure timely resolution of production issues
  • Communicate effectively with users and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
