Sommaire des responsabilités

Supporter tous types d’applications d’entreprises développées ou configurées à l’interne et d’aider à l’amélioration des applications et des systèmes manufacturiers

Supporter la conversion de nos applications internes vers des technologies types C#, .Net, Java

Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications et des systèmes informatiques

Supporter les systèmes manufacturiers et les systèmes personnalisés d’entreprise

Travailler avec notre équipe de Mirabel et des États-Unis afin de s’assurer en tout temps d’utiliser les technologies supportées par l’entreprise

Comprendre les requis de sécurité et travailler à développer les systèmes de façon adéquate et sécuritaire

Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et traduire les exigences métier en spécifications techniques

Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique et utilisateur

Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques

Connaissances techniques

Connaissance réseau

Connaissance de Citrix et ThingWorx seraient un atout

Exigences du poste / Qualifications

Baccalauréat en gestion des systèmes de l’information ou formation académique équivalente

Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en développement de logiciels

Intérêt pour l’amélioration des systèmes déjà développés, les supporter et les convertir au besoin

Être axé sur les réalisations, la résolution de problèmes

Écrire du code propre évolutif et bien documenté

Capacité à recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et à traduire les exigences métier en spécifications techniques

Compétences en diagnostic et résolution de problèmes techniques

Souci du détail et engagement envers la qualité et la performance des applications développées

Avoir des habilités en gestion de projet

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément

Travailler en équipe notamment avec des équipes situées à distance.

Être disponible pour faire du support sur appel en rotation avec ses collègues afin de supporter l’entreprise les soirs et week-end

Très bonnes connaissances du français, écrit et orale, posséder des habilités en communication

Excellentes connaissances en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et / ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec

Possibilité de voyager 5% du temps

Summary of job description

Support all types of business applications developed or configured internally and assisting in the improvement of applications and manufacturing systems.

Support the conversion of our internal applications to C#, .Net, and Java technologies.

Design, develop, and maintain computer applications and systems.

Support manufacturing systems and customized business systems.

Work with our team in Mirabel and the United States to ensure that the technologies supported by the company are used at all times

Understand security requirements and work to develop systems in an appropriate and secure manner

Gather and analyze user requirements and translate business requirements into technical specifications

Write and maintain technical and user documentation

Diagnose and resolve technical problems

Technical skills

C#, WPF, ASP, .NET, Python

Basic network knowledge

Knowledge of Citrix and ThingWorx, an asset

Minimum required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems management or equivalent academic training

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development

Interest in improving existing systems, supporting them, and converting them as needed

Achievement-oriented, problem-solving

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code

Ability to gather and analyze user requirements and translate business requirements into technical specifications

Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and commitment to the quality and performance of developed applications

Project management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work in a team, particularly with remote teams.

Available to provide on-call support on a rotating basis with colleagues to support the company in the evenings and on weekends

Functional knowledge in French is required.

Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and / or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
