Are you ready to apply your knowledge in the real world? We are hiring an Accounting Clerk Student for the Summer Term (May to August).
During your time with us, you will gain exposure to what it’s like to be part of our Finance Team.
What you’ll do :
We’ll treat you as one of our own and your key areas of responsibility will include :
- Receiving invoices; ensure accuracy by comparing to purchase order, contracts, etc;
- Processing invoices for payment in a timely manner;
- Reconciling vendor accounts, process account credits and update records;
- Investigating and respond to vendor inquiries;
- Performing data entry and assist with general office duties;
- Other duties as required.
