We're seeking a talentedProduct Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'llwork closely with a product development team and be responsible for everything fromproblem discovery to delivery of value . You'll engage in discovery calls with customers and prospects to dig in, peel the onion, and gain a true understanding of the underlying problems they experience so that the team can improve their product area. You will act as the liaison between the customer and the product team, consistently bringing valuable problems and customer feedback into product check points. You will become the expert in the part of the product you are responsible for and will coordinate with many internal teams like Product Marketing, Adoption, Sales, CSM, and P-Writers.

What You'll Do :

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Create and prioritize product roadmaps that algin with customer needs and business goals.
Work with Development and Design Team on developing functionality
Participate in demos for sales prospects
Coordinate with Product Marketing Team on product launches and go to market strategies
Attendproduct check points to review progress on roadmap projects with leadership
Coordinate with the Adoption Team as valuable new features become generally available for customers
Coordinate with P-Writers on documentationfor customers and prospects

What We're Looking For :

Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for talking to our customers and internal teams, helping to 'peel the onion' to uncover problems they may be having.

Experience launching a product and owning the process from beginning to end.

Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization (c-suite, decision-makers, users).

An understanding of the banking compliance industry would be considered an asset.

What Success Looks Like :

Consistent customer calls where you can dig in and get to the root of the problem and provide insights back to the product organization directly from our customers

Organized and driven , with the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.

Ability to figure out solutions to hard problems, work cross-functionally with other teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsible for the creation, shipping, and value of the product. You are the owner of this end-to-end process.
