Project Coordinator Transportation (Burnaby Edmonton Hybrid)
AECOM Canada is a Centre of Excellence for the delivery of P3 projects in North America and participates in nearly every major P3 project in Canada either as the Owners Engineer or Contractors Engineer. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of major transportation projects in Western Canada.
This position is based out of our Calgary / Edmonton office on a hybrid-work basis.
This will be a full-time position expected to begin as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support Project Managers and senior team members in the day-to-day coordination of project activities.
- Assist in tracking project schedules budgets and deliverables to ensure alignment with AECOMs quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams clients contractors and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation meeting minutes action logs and other project controls.
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help manage workflows deadlines and document submissions within project systems.
