Develop and own the Master Test Strategy, Test Plan, schedules, quality gates and defect management processes.
Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Security and Go-Live Validation.
Manage day-to-day testing activities, resources, progress, risks and quality metrics.
Lead testing of key IAM/IGA capabilities, including:
Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes.
Provisioning and deprovisioning.
Birthright access and RBAC.
Access requests and approval workflows.
Access certifications/recertifications.
Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Privileged Access Management integrations.
Contractor/third-party identity processes.
Coordinate end-to-end integration testing across SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Sentinel and other enterprise applications.
Facilitate defect triage and prioritize defect resolution.
Maintain testing dashboards, metrics, defects and reporting within Azure DevOps.
Ensure requirements, test cases, defects and evidence are fully traceable and audit-ready.
Coordinate UAT participation and communicate testing status, risks and go-live readiness to project leadership and stakeholders.
What you must have:
8+ years of QA/testing experience, including 3+ years leading enterprise testing initiatives.
Experience delivering IAM, Identity Governance (IGA) and/or Cybersecurity programs.
Experience managing SIT, UAT and production/go-live readiness.
Strong Azure DevOps test and defect management experience.
Experience testing complex integrations across enterprise platforms.
Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven or audit-focused environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technical and cybersecurity teams.
