Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to provide operational support across multiple supply chain functions within a fast-paced aviation environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain or logistics career who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering results under tight timelines.

The successful candidate will be cross-trained across several functional areas, allowing flexibility to support daily workload priorities while contributing directly to improved operational performance, reduced backlogs, and enhanced service levels.

Position : Supply Chain Coordinator

Location : Calgary, Alberta

Candidates must be available to interview on February 6th between 9 : 30 AM and 4 : 00 PM MT if selected to move forward in the process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on order status and escalations.
• Create and update Repair Orders (ROs) in eMRO, monitor vendor TAT and escalate delays. Process tooling repair orders and calibration

requests.
