Senior Telecommunications Engineer

At CIMA+ , a leading engineering solutions provider in Western Canada, we are driving a growth trajectory with new complex projects that offer opportunities for professional development, and to shape critical telecom infrastructure for energy, transportation, carriers, and other public clients. This hybrid role can be based out of our offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary or Edmonton.

Base pay range

CA$108,080.00 / yr – CA$148,610.00 / yr

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver telecom system designs and engineering documents for projects.
• Develop schematics, design diagrams, and write project scope, proposals, estimates, and budgets.
• Prepare and review engineering documents, specifications, and inspection & testing procedures.
• Create bill of materials and support ordering through procurement.
• Coordinate, stage and plan installation and commissioning with clients and contractors.
• Travel to site and liaise with internal groups, external contractors, and clients.
• Respond to information requests from sites and complete project documentation, including record drawings, calculations, and project return data.
