Our client, is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst - IT II / Operations Analyst to support high-priority Health & Dental Transformation initiatives within their Affinity Operations division.

In this professional analytical role, you will provide critical delivery and execution support during a period of significant strategic change, growth, and operating model evolution. Acting as a vital bridge between project stakeholders, technology teams, and core business lines, you will help coordinate project deliverables, oversee testing verification activities, and compile high-fidelity project documentation. Your efforts will directly contribute to enterprise organizational readiness as the division migrates toward its future-state Target Operating Model (TOM), blending long-term transformational strategy with day-to-day operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Transformation Delivery Support: Support the execution of strategic priorities related to corporate transformation, technology integration, and operational efficiency maps.

Requirement & Artifact Maintenance: Gather, review, and maintain clear, structured project documentation, user guides, tracking logs, and business process mappings.

Testing & Quality Coordination: Assist with user testing activities, validate workflow updates against defined business criteria, and monitor post-implementation results.

Dependency & Alignment Monitoring: Work closely with operations teams and project stakeholders to track task dependencies, flag execution bottlenecks, and maintain alignment across squads.

Organizational Readiness: Contribute actively to organizational change management and readiness efforts as the business smoothly transitions toward its new operational model.

Continuous Operational Improvement: Analyze active customer service workflows, identify system friction points, and recommend right-sized solutions to optimize day-to-day delivery.



Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive professional experience operating as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Systems Coordinator within complex corporate settings.

Industry Context: Prior experience or a strong foundational background working within the customer service, retail, or operations industry.

Analytical Capability: Keen, meticulous attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving and systematic data analysis skills.

Agile Adaptability: Proven high aptitude to absorb complex technical and operational information quickly, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Education: Post-secondary education (Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management) or equivalent practical work experience.

Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities. Demonstrates a proactive, customer-centric mindset with a "go above and beyond" approach.

Preferred Assets
Bilingual proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal) is considered a strong asset.

Prior experience or familiarity with health and dental insurance domains, claims processing systems, or affinity group benefit models.
