The Customer Service/Tech Support Rep engages with customers (in English and French) through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service/Tech Support Rep, you’ll:

  • Communicate, written and spoken, with callers in both English and French.

  • Assist external users of the client's technical products or services; identify, investigate, research and provide resolution to user questions and problems.

  • Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature; including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.

  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to small businesses with their financial program. Provide Cross or Base-Up Sales when appropriate.

  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service/Tech Support Rep role include:

  • Must have relevant technical support experience with hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, repair, etc., one year or more preferred

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED

  • Must have at least one year customer service experience

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

  • Able to rotate shifts, as needed

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
