Jma Marketing is currently seeking 2 motivated individuals to join our Sales department. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers while driving revenue growth for our company.

Position : Sales and Customer Service Representative

Location : Gatineau

Employment Type : Full-time

Compensation, with performance-based incentives

Responsibilities :

• Interact with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to address their inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchasing decisions
• Proactively engage with potential customers to promote our products and services and drive sales conversions
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the achievement of departmental sales targets
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations
