Job description

International Admissions & Enrolment Services Officer

Regular Full-time

Duties: Reporting to the Associate Registrar and Manager of Enrolment Services, the International Admissions & Enrolment Services Officer is responsible for the coordination, administration, and maintenance of international admissions functions, procedures, and reporting. The position responds to inquiries from international applicants and agents for admission to the College and provides administrative support for international students from admission to graduation.

Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Management or an equivalent or related field is required, and a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant designation is preferred. The candidate must have two or more years of experience working in a post‑secondary Registrar's Office with a student information system. They should also have three or more years of related experience in international education, intercultural relations, or culturally diverse customer service. Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is required. The candidate must be proficient in HTML standard markup language. Proficiency in student information systems and data‑mining software is also required, with Colleague (SIS) and Entrinsik Informer preferred. Strong time‑management, multi‑tasking, and organizational skills are essential.

Salary: Position#213

CUPE Pay Level 5 with a starting wage of 50,468.60 per year with increments progressing to Step 5 as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
