Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following primary responsibilities:
- · Responsible for learning and covering all client servicing needs, transactions, wires, interest calculations and account openings on all platforms and jurisdictions.
- · Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operational efficiencies.
- · Ability to communicate with Team members and manage numerous in high pressure situations and speak directly with clients to help solve problems.
- · Be responsible for client maturities and their movement of funds.
- · You may be required to work any Canadian Stat holiday and take a day in lieu.
- · Oversee our compliance requirements and perform our monthly and quarterly checks and audits
CRM Usage :
Clear and detailed notes of logged activities
Proper usage and delegation of tasks
Properly update client profiles

Educational and Work experience Requirements include:
Post-secondary education in a relevant business discipline
Minimum 2 years work experience in the wealth management or banking industry
Be fully licensed as a Wealth Associate or be willing to complete the CIRO licensing requirements within 6 months of hiring
