Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Head of Department, MRC, the Processor is responsible for receiving, inspecting, processing, storing, packaging, and distributing radio and navigation head units. The role also supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, operational reporting, and dealer system inquiries.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order and Inventory Processing:

  • Pick, pack, and process dealer orders.
  • Receive, inspect, and process core returns.
  • Clean, inspect, and package remanufactured head units.
  • Relocate and organize head units and boxes within MRC to support proper storage and efficient workflow.
  • Stage head units in a neat and organized manner.

Inventory Control and Reporting:

  • Perform inventory and supply cycle counts and replenish stock as required.
  • Identify inventory variances, investigate causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report daily back-order status.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational status reports.
  • Gather and maintain inventory data to support system and operational requirements.

Dealer, Team, and System Support:

  • Provide dealers with first-level support for system-related issues and escalate unresolved issues as required.
  • Coordinate work with team members and other departments to support operational requirements.

Workplace Organization and Compliance:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout MRC.
  • Follow and promote all HR and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise is preferred.
  • Previous experience of operating a forklift, order picker, and pallet jack is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
