Your role in action
As Software Engineering Delivery Lead youll report to the Senior Manager and lead delivery outcomes that keep our platforms performing at their best. Youll guide teams through complex challenges and play a key role in strategic initiatives.
- Lead support and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Drive product and platform operations maintenance and continuous improvement
- Collaborate on strategic monitoring solutions to support business strategy
- Ensure compliance security and reliability across all delivery activities
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritise work and manage risk effectively
- Champion automation and agile practices to optimise delivery
