The Opportunity

Specialist, Change leads the development and execution of change management strategies that support key initiatives across Commercial Insurance. Working closely with leaders and project teams, this role helps employees successfully adapt to change by driving awareness, engagement, training, and adoption, while ensuring business objectives and employee experience goals are achieved.

  • Partner with leaders and project teams to assess impacts, risks, and stakeholder needs, translating business objectives into effective change strategies.

  • Develop and deliver change management plans that drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and sustainable behavior change.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on change risks, opportunities, and implementation approaches.

  • Lead and coordinate change activities across complex initiatives, working closely with Communications, HR, Learning & Development, and other key partners.

  • Focus on successful adoption and business outcomes through employee impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

  • Bring a consultative lens to all projects by providing insight-driven recommendations, employee impact assessments, adoption risks, lessons learned, and opportunities to continuously improve program effectiveness and employee experience.

What you Bring

  • 8-10 years of experience leading complex business projects, change management, and project delivery initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate as an internal consultant, partnering with leaders to diagnose business challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive execution in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Strong organizational change management expertise, including stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption planning, leadership coaching, and change strategy development.

  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant, partnering with leaders to solve business challenges and drive successful outcomes.

  • Demonstrated project and program management experience, including planning, governance, risk management, prioritization, and executive reporting.

  • Excellent business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.

  • PROSCI certification (or equivalent) is an asset; experience creating executive presentations and translating strategy into measurable business results is highly valued.

Salary Range: $73,500-$123,500
