In this role, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the level of service, product quality, product availability, food safety, and cleanliness during the shift, all while creating a positive and fun work environment where all employees can succeed.

Strong ability to lead, motivate, and support team members. * Experience in training and coaching staff to meet performance and service standards. * Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills. * Ability to ensure a friendly, welcoming, and efficient guest experience at all times. * Able to manage day-to-day store operations including shift scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and ensuring food safety compliance. * Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, inventory control, and drive-thru operations. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
