This role owns manual data pulls, ad hoc reporting, presentation support, data verification, and monitoring of the reporting request inbox to ensure stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and decision-ready information.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining confidence in data by establishing consistent validation practices and supporting the broader analytics function, while enabling senior leadership to focus on strategy and advanced analysis.

  • Clarify requirements, confirm timelines, and ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Track recurring and one-off requests to improve efficiency and reduce rework.

Data Quality & Validation

  • Execute routine data verification and integrity checks on incoming and outgoing datasets.
  • Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or definition mismatches and escalate issues proactively.
  • Support validation of dashboards and reports in collaboration with the analytics lead responsible for BI development.

  • Build and maintain PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials for internal, regional, and leadership audiences.
  • Ensure data is presented clearly, consistently, and in accordance with data-sharing guidelines
  • Translate data outputs into clear visuals and concise summaries without over-interpretation.

Publishing & Reporting Support

Support publishing and distribution of reports through approved internal channels.

  • Act as a reliable operational point of contact for reporting availability, refresh timing, and basic interpretation questions.

The pilot we are looking for :

  • 2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics coordination, or data operations roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong comfort working with large datasets.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with experience building executive-ready presentations.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and discipline around data accuracy and validation.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests independently and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for navigation, validation, and exports (not primary development) – an asset
  • Experience supporting operations, performance, or network-based reporting environment – an asset
