En tant que gérant des flux de marchandises / responsable des opérations en magasin, vous apporterez également votre contribution aux stratégies de marchandisage . Votre présence quotidienne sur le plancher de vente vous donnera l'occasion de comprendre l'activité en première ligne , et vous aurez la possibilité d'utiliser ces connaissances pour améliorer l'activité du magasin. Vous participerez à l'élaboration et à l'exécution des stratégies des magasins pour générer des revenus . En outre, vous serez chargé de veiller à ce que des communications appropriées soient diffusées dans toute l'équipe.

Qualifications et compétences

  • Minimum deux (2) ans d'expérience dans la gestion de l'expédition et de la réception de produits de détail similaires
  • Diplôme universitaire / post-secondaire de préférence
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication (orale et écrite) et capacité à influencer les partenaires et à motiver les équipes
  • Maîtrise des systèmes de vente au détail et des programmes de bureautique, c'est-à-dire Excel, Word et PowerPoint
  • Disponible et capable de travailler selon un calendrier flexible, y compris les jours fériés, les soirs et les fins de semaine.

As a leader within Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team , who you will inspire and motivate each day. You will work with the General Manager to support the entire team on driving sales , providing an excellent client experience , building strong talent and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit , passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury / retail business with organizational skills to manage the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

As a Merchandise Flow Manager / Stock Operations Manager, you will also provide input on merchandising strategies . Your daily presence on the sales floor will provide you the opportunity to understand the business on the front line , and you will have the opportunity to use the insights to improve the store’s business. You will help shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue . In addition, you will be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team.

To succeed in this role you are willing to lead by example and with integrity , collaborate , be intellectually curious , strategic , lead through ambiguity and change and results oriented . As the person accountable for the back of house , you will also be responsible for driving sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices, markdown execution , stock accuracy , as well as, supplies and facilities management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management
  • College / Post-Secondary degree preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team
  • Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
