Responsabilités

Support all Mark’s stores and Western stores to resolve delivery issues; pallet volume and capacity adjustments, carrier delivery date exceptions, ad hoc delivery change requests

Maintain contact with DCs, stores, and carriers regarding missing bills of lading information, missing skids, cartons

Conduct investigations into missing shipments or products, and tracing missing cartons as required by specified deadlines

Coordinate with other departments to assist with special deliveries, including new store openings (store operations) and non-merchandise deliveries (fixturres, marketing, store design)

Extract, retrieve, produce, and record shipping documentation as required

Assist with processing freight invoices

Assist with special projects, shipping deadlines and goals, administrative duties, etc

Qualifications

Strong decision making, critical thinking, organization and ability to prioritize work and multi-task

Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal

Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment

Positive work attitude, and strong work ethic

Employee file in good standing
