Job descriptionPerform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety Organize with the land sport supervisor the monitoring of all pool areas in the resort according to company standards and procedures Coordinate work load and task distribution with the other lifeguards Update posting and signage information when needed Respect the standards of the resort in particular those on pool safety and hygiene Implement corrective actions when necessary Manage all materials and maintain in good condition Inform the land sport supervisor or the sports manager of any possible issues
