Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Senior ERP Manager to successfully integrate and manage our ERP software. You will collaborate with various departments to identify business processes that require optimization, enhance the performance of our IT systems, and deploy and implement suitable ERP solutions.
To succeed as a Senior ERP Manager, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and the ability to resolve integration issues. An outstanding ERP Manager will translate their expertise into streamlined business processes.
The Senior ERP Manager is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules and systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources. This role manages the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
You will ensure that ERP systems function efficiently to drive the organization's growth and competitiveness in the global marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities
ERP Performance & Reporting (30%)
- Lead enhancements and optimize processes within the QAD system, working closely with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to maintain the ERP system.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of ERP modules, database structures, and integration points with other applications.
- Establish and enforce system governance policies, security protocols, and data integrity standards.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to maximize ERP efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee data management and integrity within the ERP system, including data entry, validation, cleansing, and archiving.
Process Optimization (20%)
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using the QAD system.
End-User Training & Support (20%)
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and implementing upgrades and patches.
- Develop and maintain an ERP application support model for users across the organization.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management (10%)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the BA team to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations.
- Stay informed about ERP updates, enhancements, and new features; evaluate their impact and manage testing and production deployment.
Team Development & Leadership (20%)
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Set individual and team development goals; monitor progress and conduct performance reviews to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking Technologies, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with QAD EE, SAP, Dynamics, Infor CSI, and cloud-based ERP systems.
- Project Management certification (PMP) is preferred.
- Proven experience leading an ERP implementation.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 annually. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. It would be rare for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role. Base salary is one facet of Amphenol's total rewards package which includes participation in our comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, life insurance, short/long term disability, and membership in our Defined Contribution Pension Plan.
