Project Manager – MRO Relocation

Job Description

Our client, located in Ajax, Ontario, is seeking a Project Manager – MRO Relocation, who will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of a large-scale industrial move for our Repair and Overhaul (R&O) operation. This role will lead all logistical, operational, and contractor-managed activities required to safely and efficiently relocate equipment, tooling, inventory, and personnel to a new off-site location while maintaining uninterrupted production and service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager will act as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, health and safety, risk management, and stakeholder coordination throughout the relocation lifecycle. This role requires deep experience in industrial environments, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, and the ability to execute complex moves with zero tolerance for safety incidents or production losses.
