The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending and mixing various materials to create high-quality products. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Mixer will play a crucial role in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Requirements
Qualifications Previous experience in upholstery, furniture manufacturing, automotive upholstery, or a similar production environment is preferred. Experience using pneumatic staple guns and hand tools is an asset. Ability to read and follow work orders, production schedules, and standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Ability to lift materials and perform repetitive physical tasks as required. Preferred Skills Upholstery and foam installation experience. Knowledge of quality inspection procedures. Experience working with adhesives and foam products. Understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
