  • Serve as backup for the S&OP Manager, supporting facilitation and execution of the broader S&OP process when required

  • Represent demand planning in S&OP meetings, ensuring continuity of process and clear communication of risks, opportunities, and forecast performance

  • Provide backup leadership for the demand planning team, supporting workload management and decision-making during leadership absence

  • Provide coaching to demand planners to elevate forecasting capability, analytics, and overall maturity

  • Act as the first point of consultation and escalation for complex forecasting issues before they reach the S&OP Manager

  • Lead or support high-impact cross-functional analysis beyond the team’s scope (e.g., Retail, Ecommerce, Bathing metrics: Lags 1 & 3 accuracy, Lags 1 & 3 bias)

  • Own KPI reporting for bathing department and demand planning, including variance narratives, trend analysis, and leadership insights

  • Support supply chain by improving demand signal quality, contributing to stronger fill rate and inventory performance

  • Own a rolling 16-month demand forecast at the SKU–customer level, incorporating statistical, Sales, and Category inputs

  • Improve forecast accuracy by reducing bias, applying analytics, and leveraging customer trends

  • Conduct root-cause analysis on forecast misses and drive continuous improvement

  • Maintain and enhance forecasting metrics and trackers (accuracy, bias, etc.)

  • Lead monthly demand planning meetings with Sales, presenting data-driven recommendations

  • Collaborate with Supply Planning to minimize disruptions and ensure alignment

  • Support continuous improvement of the S&OP process, including routines, reporting, tools, data quality and analytical methods

  • Execute monthly forecasting procedures utilizing Netstock

  • Partner with Sales, Category, and Finance to understand demand drivers and assumptions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • A collaborative team player with strong influencing skills, able to build trust and alignment across stakeholders

  • Action-oriented, comfortable taking calculated risks to drive customer and business value

  • Outcome-focused, with strong critical thinking and visualization skills to enable continuous improvement

  • An effective communicator who can influence, challenge assumptions, and build alignment across diverse functions.

  • Knowledgeable in the Supply Chain umbrella, not limited to Demand Planning.

  • Skilled at balancing tactical execution with broader S&OP process thinking

  • Skilled at handling ambiguous challenges
