Busy municipal equipment supplier is looking for an experienced road tech for our service department. We provide specialized recycling collection, compaction, transfer and processing equipment to major municipal and industrial customers throughout North America. We also provide specialized fluid processing equipment to airports and and industrial customers. The ideal candidate will have a significant experience in mechanical and electrical repair. Ability to weld is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to think critically, work independently and timely completion of documentation and work orders are important. Mechanic’s license would be an asset, but is not a must. Your daily routine would be starting at our facility in Burlington Ontario. You will be responsible for field repairs of equipment as well as assisting the installation team to install new equipment and commissioning. You will have your own new service truck. You will supply your own standard tools, any specialized tooling will be supplied by the company. Remuneration $45 to $50 per hour based upon experience and capability. Standard benefits are paid at 80% with no waiting period to qualify. Company uniforms, safety equipment and certifications training are supplied.
