How You Will Make An Impact
In this role, you will work to make a difference in the lives of tenants living at Emmaus Place, Mathias Place and McGinty House.
- Provide tenants with primary case management and community resources
- Services to tenants include assessment & planning
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention and supportive counseling
- Demonstrate commitment to the Good Shepherd mission values of Hospitality, Responsibility, Availability, Adaptability, Quality and Dignity
- Responsible for participating in Good Shepherd's Health and Safety programs and procedures in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations to minimize risk to clients, staff and others
