We are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professionalism.Role Description : This is for a part-time and a full-time on-site role for a Plumber Technician at Canadian Home Comfort Inc. The technician will be responsible for the following;Provide basic residential plumbing services to our clients.Work independently on calls and communicate as part of a team.On-site problem diagnosis, properly estimating costs for repair / installation, fixing the issue right the first time.Perform maintenance for all types of piping systems, fixtures and other equipment used to distribute, supply or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures systems and appliances in residential buildings.Servicing and installation of equipment as instructed by the manufacturer’s specifications, ordering the right parts and specialized parts for clients plumbing needs.Provide good client service and communicate the diagnosis of the inspection to the client accurately.Adhere to all workplace safety and health guidelines as per relevant regulatory requirements.Correctly instruct the client on proper care and maintenance.Qualifications : Plumbing and Pipe maintenance skills, experience in maintenance and repairExcellent problem-solving skillsMust have a valid Class 5 Driver’s license with a clean drivers's abstractStrong Customer Service abilitiesRelevant certification or license in plumbing, not required but preferredKnowledge of HVAC systems is a plusEducation in relevant field, or related field, preferredMinimum of 2 years in-field plumbing experienceWhat do we offer?Continuous growth opportunities; we are one of the top plumbing contractors in the GTA area and are continuously expanding our operations.
