Key Responsibilities :

• Full ownership and management of the executive’s inbox — prioritize, respond, and flag critical items.
• Draft, relay, and manage updates, communications, and follow-ups as the primary point of contact.
• Manage travel arrangements, planning according to preferences
• Handle all expenses and reporting tasks.
• Calendar management across two companies, including clinics, meetings, travel, speaking engagements, etc
• Track project timelines and deliverables; guide and advise as needed
• Support conference registration and logistics.
• Safeguard confidential documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain the highest professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
• Conduct research on diverse subject areas
• Support organization-wide research, data analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Provide ongoing support for professional planning
