À propos du rôle

En tant que programmeur·e sénior DevOps, tu joueras un rôle stratégique dans la conception, l’architecture et l’évolution des systèmes qui soutiennent et automatisent les processus critiques du développement de jeux vidéo. Tu seras responsable de bâtir des solutions robustes, scalables et sécurisées, tout en guidant les bonnes pratiques DevOps au sein de l’équipe.

Tu collaboreras avec plusieurs studios d’Activision et partenaires externes dans un environnement dynamique, en contribuant activement à la réussite technique de projets d’envergure internationale..

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et développer des bots Slack, des services web et d’autres solutions internes afin d’améliorer la productivité des équipes de développement et la stabilité des flux de travail

  • Contribuer à la conception technique et à l’évolution des systèmes internes et des outils propriétaires utilisés à l’échelle de la franchise

  • Exploiter les données pour identifier les goulots d’étranglement et les inefficacités, puis proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces

  • Assurer la maintenance et l’amélioration continue des systèmes afin de garantir leur fiabilité, leur évolutivité et leur adéquation avec l’évolution des besoins de développement

  • Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires réparties à l’échelle mondiale pour livrer des outils et services partagés

Exigences

  • 5 ans ou plus d’expérience pertinente en programmation

  • Solide expérience en développement avec Python

  • Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes et aptitude à travailler de manière autonome sur des systèmes complexes

  • Bonne à très bonne maîtrise du français

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, afin d’interagir avec des partenaires internes et externes à l’échelle mondiale, de présenter des projets ou de la documentation, et d’utiliser des technologies et outils partagés

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Programmer, you will play a strategic role in the design, architecture, and evolution of systems that support and automate critical processes in video game development. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and secure solutions while guiding DevOps best practices within the team.

You will collaborate with multiple Activision studios and external partners in a dynamic environment, actively contributing to the technical success of large-scale international projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Slack bots, web services, and other internal solutions to improve development productivity and workflow stability

  • Contribute to the technical design and evolution of internal systems and proprietary tools used across the franchise.

  • Utilize data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose and implement effective solutions.

  • Maintain and improve systems over time, ensuring they remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving development needs.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams distributed globally to deliver shared tooling and services

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant programming experience

  • Strong development experience with Python

  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently on complex systems

  • Good/full proficiency in French

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English to interact with internal and external partners worldwide, present projects or documentation, and use shared technologies and tools

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the game industry

  • Proficiency in C++

  • Experience with Databricks and Elasticsearch
