Key Responsibilities: Support monthly consolidation and intercompany reconciliations Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers Support budgeting and forecasting, including dashboards and KPI tracking Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Support audits and prepare required documentation Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency Support ERP and reporting system implementations or upgrades Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis Investigate and resolve A/R and A/P discrepancies with Sales and Operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA designation (completed or in progress) strong asset 3 years of relevant experience in accounting & financial analysis Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite) Experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, etc.) is an asset Knowledge of US GAAP, taxes and regulations an asset Key competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Benefits: Full health insurance plan (including medical, dental, and vision).
