Job descriptionTitre CPA reconnu au Canada 8 à 12 ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité et finance Solide expérience en supervision d’équipe Maîtrise des normes comptables canadiennes et des contrôles internes Excellente maîtrise d’Excel (Power Query / Power BI est un atout) Expérience en environnement multi-sites ou en intégration post-acquisition Capacité démontrée à structurer dans un contexte en transformation À l’aise dans un environnement en évolution rapide Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau professionnel) et capacité fonctionnelle en français Assurer la gestion complète du cycle comptable Superviser une petite équipe comptable et favoriser leur développement Produire les rapports financiers avec rigueur et dans les délais Encadrer les processus de conformité réglementaire et de contrôles internes (GAAP canadiens) Préparer les audits et répondre aux demandes internes et externes Effectuer les analyses financières et suivis budgétaires Collaborer étroitement avec les opérations pour aligner la stratégie financière Participer activement à l’optimisation des processus Soutenir les projets de croissance et d’intégration post-acquisition
