About the Opportunity
  • Track monthly financial results, comparing actual spending and revenue to expectations, and collaborate with internal teams to understand and explain notable differences
  • Deliver insights and analysis to support both month-end close and annual reporting requirements
  • Compile periodic financial reports, including detailed statements, leadership materials, and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with department heads to develop annual budgets and longer-term financial plans
  • Guide and support business unit leaders in building budgets, updating forecasts, allocating resources, and interpreting financial performance
  • Act as a resource for leadership by providing financial support and analysis beyond standard reporting cycles
  • Conduct quarterly financial assessments for capital-related projects, including both residential and commercial initiatives
  • Support the validation and reconciliation of data used in period-end reporting processes
  • Assist with payroll-related activities when required, including oversight of employee leave balances and related inquiries
  • Represent the organization in external meetings, industry groups, and professional events as needed
  • Participate in governance meetings when requested, providing financial insight and support
  • Offer coverage across accounting functions as needed, including gaining familiarity with various financial systems and processes
  • Stay informed on regulatory and industry developments by reviewing updates from relevant governing bodies, assessing their impact, and ensuring adherence to updated financial requirements

About You
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Completed or in process of completing CPA designation

Pay Range
$38 - $42 / hour
