About Hadrian

Hadrian is a business unit of Zurn and a worldwide supplier of quality toilet partition and locker products. Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design. Hadrian’s wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and tech‑savvy Sales Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical insights and support the sales organization through data‑driven strategies and informed recommendations. Your primary focus will be analyzing market trends, identifying sales opportunities, optimizing sales performance, and leveraging AI‑enhanced tools to drive better, faster decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive dynamics (e.g., regional pricing environments).

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to assess performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in developing sales forecasts and budgeting plans using historical data, market insights, and AI‑supported forecasting models.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets, customer segments, and strategic sales approaches.

  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance trends and actionable insights to management.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline health, and conversion rates.

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives.

  • Provide the sales team with data-driven insights, sales tools, and relevant market intelligence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure alignment and optimize overall business performance.

  • Stay current on industry developments, competitive activity, emerging market trends, and advancements in analytics and AI technologies to proactively identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.

  • Proficiency with analytical tools, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel expertise strongly preferred).

  • Experience using AI‑based tools or models (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning‑assisted forecasting, AI‑driven CRM insights, or tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Tableau AI, Power BI AI visuals).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations.

  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.

  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, industrial markets, or relevant sales metrics is an asset.

  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) is preferred but not mandatory.
