Manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs aligned with company and product strategies. Translate strategic goals into clear program plans, roadmaps, and deliverables. Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure alignment across teams. Apply strong program management practices to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Coordinate production timelines, specifications, and quality expectations across domestic and overseas manufacturing partners. Identify and mitigate risks proactively and establish clear escalation paths. Maintain effective communication rhythms across internal teams and external partners. Ensure packaging, sales assets, and product storytelling align with product requirements and brand expectations. Oversee quality processes across manufacturing environments, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and brand benchmarks. Contribute to P&L assessments and ROI evaluations for product programs. Conduct retrospectives and support continuous improvement of program management processes and tools. Partner with product development managers to refine and scale organizational frameworks. 3–5+ years of program or project management experience in product development (preferably consumer goods). Proven success delivering complex cross-functional programs and influencing without authority. Strong understanding of product development cycles including design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and go-to-market. Experience working with creative or design teams to support brand alignment. Experience coordinating across overseas and domestic manufacturing environments. Familiarity with integrating sustainability into product programs. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar certifications are an asset.

The Opportunity :
We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our Product & Technology team. Reporting to the SVP of Product & Technology, this role leads a portfolio of initiatives across the Pela and Lomi product lines, ensuring programs are delivered with excellence in design, sustainability, quality, and execution. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Creative teams to align priorities, clarify deliverables, and keep programs on track. You will also bridge our overseas manufacturing partners with our North American facilities, ensuring timelines, technical requirements, and quality standards stay aligned across geographies.
