Reporting to the Director of Care, the Program Manager (PM) provides leadership, coordination, and direction in delivering high-quality clinical care to residents, consistent with professional nursing standards. The PM is accountable for planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and sustaining nursing services while ensuring compliance with continuing care health service standards, legislation, codes, regulations, and SCF policies and procedures. In partnership with residents and families, the PM fosters advocacy, choice, and person-centered care aligned with SCF’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Behaviour Standards. Demonstrating ongoing competence through knowledge, skill, judgment, and evidence-based practice in gerontological care, the PM is committed to continuous quality improvement and the advancement of excellence in care delivery.

Consider applying if you have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and active membership in good standing with CRNA; a minimum of two (2) years of progressive management experience in Continuing Care; CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support/HCP) Healthcare Provider certification; and strong customer service, organizational, teamwork, and computer skills. A Gerontology Certificate is preferred. A valid driver’s license and a driver’s abstract acceptable to the employer are also required.
