Your Role: Senior Logistics Coordinator (Customer Service)
As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be the key link between sales, operations, and customer success. You will ensure seamless shipment execution, manage customer relationships, and resolve logistics challenges with confidence and efficiency.
This position is ideal for someone who:
Has successfully worked as a Senior Logistics Coordinator in a 3PL company.
Thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving in real-time.
Is a strong communicator who can handle escalations with professionalism.
Can manage multiple clients and juggle shipments without missing a detail.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing outstanding service and proactive solutions.
Problem-Solving & Escalations Handle shipment delays, customs issues, and other logistical challenges with quick decision-making.
Shipment Execution & Coordination Work closely with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time and compliant deliveries.
Import/Export Documentation Process paperwork with accuracy, ensuring customs and regulatory compliance.
Continuous Improvement Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize logistics workflows.
What Were Looking For
Proven Experience 35 years as a Senior Logistics Coordinator in a 3PL company (this is a must!).
Bilingual Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of freight, transportation, and customs regulations.
Multi-Tasking & Detail-Oriented Ability to manage multiple shipments while maintaining high accuracy.
Tech-Savvy Comfortable with logistics software and data entry.

Votre rôle : Coordonnateur(trice) Senior en Logistique (Service Client)
En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) Senior en Logistique, vous serez un élément clé entre les ventes, les opérations et le service client. Vous gérerez les expéditions, garantirez une communication fluide avec les clients et anticiperez les problèmes logistiques avec efficacité.

Vous avez déjà occupé un poste de Coordonnateur(trice) Senior en Logistique dans une entreprise 3PL.
Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes complexes et travailler sous pression.
Vous avez une excellente communication et gérez bien les priorités.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) résultats.
Vos responsabilités
Gestion Client Point de contact principal des clients, vous assurez un service de haute qualité.
Gestion des Urgences Résolution rapide des retards, problèmes douaniers et défis opérationnels.
Coordination des Expéditions Travail étroit avec les transporteurs, transitaires et équipes internes.
Documentation Import/Export Gestion des documents avec précision et conformité.
Optimisation des Processus Identifier les inefficacités et proposer des améliorations.
Profil recherché
Expérience 3 à 5 ans en tant que Coordonnateur(trice) Senior en Logistique dans une entreprise 3PL (obligatoire).
Bilinguisme Excellente maîtrise du français et de langlais.
Connaissance du Secteur Maîtrise des réglementations de transport et douanières.
Gestion des Priorités Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps avec rigueur.
Outils Informatiques Aisance avec les logiciels de gestion logistique.
