Role Summary:
NearSource is looking for a GTM Program Manager - Strategy & Operations to lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned with go-to-market strategy. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into structured program execution that drives measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and improved organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-scale transformation and strategic growth programs from planning through execution and measurable business impact.
  • Drive structured program execution aligned with organizational priorities, ensuring delivery against defined outcomes.
  • Establish and evolve program governance frameworks, delivery cadence, and operational structures that improve visibility, accountability, and execution momentum.
  • Translate high-level strategy into executable program roadmaps and structured delivery plans.
  • Partner with senior leadership and executives to facilitate decision-making, present program insights, and manage strategic trade-offs.
  • Drive collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Identify and resolve complex cross-functional dependencies and systemic blockers impacting program delivery.
  • Provide executive-ready program updates including progress reports, risks, mitigation plans, and outcome tracking.
  • Frame key decisions by outlining options, implications, and recommended approaches for leadership alignment.
  • Proactively identify program risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Mentor and guide junior program managers while ensuring consistent application of PMO methodologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of program governance standards, tools, and operational frameworks.
  • Partner with enablement and change management teams to support communication, training, and adoption of transformation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, including leadership of complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-level programs impacting go-to-market functions.
  • Strong ability to translate strategic priorities into structured program execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and executives to support strategic decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining structured program delivery.
  • Experience driving collaboration across global teams and multiple business functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
  • Experience operating within a PMO-governed program management environment using standard tools, reporting, and governance practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • PMP certification or equivalent program management certification.
  • Experience in organizational transformation or enterprise change initiatives.
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise technology or software organizations.
  • Familiarity with structured change management frameworks and adoption strategies.

Certifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Change Management Certification (preferred)
