R&D Process Technicians
Manpower is seeking R&D Process Technicians.
We invite applications from recent graduates in engineering, science, or related disciplines seeking valuable industry experience, as well as individuals with operational expertise in chemical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors.
Position : Temporary R&D Process Technician
Contract Duration : 6 months.
Location : Didcot, Milton Park
Payrate : £16.27
Shift Pattern : Rotational shifts following a consistent schedule of 4-day shifts, 4-day shifts, 4 days off, 4-night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate pilot plant equipment (comprehensive training provided)
- Assemble and disassemble plant equipment for maintenance and troubleshooting (training provided)
- Monitor production processes and diagnose faults.
- Handle and prepare raw materials and products to required standards.
- Maintain high quality standards throughout production.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and actively promote a safety-first culture.
- Participate as a member of the site Emergency Response Team
- Always maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
