Application Analyst - CDM & Reimbursement

Join Lister Fertility Clinic in this permanent full‑time role. The Application Analyst is responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance of all Expanse dictionaries within CDM and Reimbursement, as well as applicable Revenue Cycle Shared Services content.

What You’ll Do

• Dictionary Maintenance : Oversee daily management & maintenance of Meditech Expanse RCSS‑owned dictionaries, ensuring approvals align with governance.
• Complex Rule Building : Design, build, and test complex rules (e.g., MIS rules, field maps, data sets) for accurate reimbursement and troubleshoot as needed.
• Request Management : Manage & track dictionary requests, ensuring timely completion per local policies.
• Subject Matter Expertise : Act as Meditech Expanse SME, providing support, guidance, and best‑practice recommendations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with UK Expanse team, Parallon, Meditech colleagues, and RCSS stakeholders.
• Best Practice & Standardisation : Promote best practice and standardisation across the UK division, aligning with Parallon standards.
