Senior Oracle e-Business Analyst - part-time (Contract Position)

Part time remote position, with occasional needs-based site visited, working EST business hours 1-3d / w billing
Roles and Responsibilities :
Planning, testing, implementation, and validation of the upgrade / migration
Research to inform impact analysis and contributing to test plans
A key contributor to the comprehensive upgrade / migration plan
Helping to define test cases and acceptance criteria, and executing test cases to confirm the performance and stability of the new environment
Requirements of the position include :
Over 8 years of technical experience with Oracle E-business Suite working with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, and Purchasing modules as well as iProcurement and WebADI
- Advanced experience with the EBS infrastructure stack and tools including OHS, WebLogic, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Database 12c and 19c, PL / SQL
- Very strong experience in supporting, upgrading, migrating, and implementing Oracle financial solutions
- Strong experience with backup / recovery and cloning practices.
Strong Linux administration skills including shell scripting, instrumentation, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
Experience with business clients, working with them to define their needs and developing solutions to meet those needs in the Oracle systemStrong oral and written communication skills. as they will have significant interaction with the clients in Financial Services, application teams, other CCS team members, and ManagementAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment, follow change-management policies, and meet project timelines
Demonstrated understanding of and experience utilizing organizational change management principles and approaches.Senior resource with ability to deliver quickly in short time frame.
Quality of delivery guarantee where no ramp up is required on the technologies especially ones specified above. Need to be able to deliver immediately upon starting.Strong leadership and influencing skills.Facilitation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.Flexible and able to adapt project planning to meet stakeholder and leadership needs.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with demonstrated ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong interpersonal, decision making, and teamwork skills as well as a strong client focus.Experience with using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops for project tracking and traceability, is desirable.Experience working in the higher education and the financial industry sector is highly valued.An undergraduate (master’s degree preferred) in Information Technology or Computer Science / Engineering related field , plus at least ten (10) years’ related development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
