Job Summary

We are seeking Senior STEM teachers in the following areas: Math and Science (Physics, Biology, Chemistry) who will provide academic support to students based on their expertise and knowledge of the Ontario curriculum. We are looking for qualified teachers (OCT) or tutors have at least 2 years of experience teaching. The tutor will:

- Develop supplemental assignments to promote a deeper understanding of the material.

- Offer remedial and enrichment support tailored to individual student needs.

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.

- Provide academic coaching to students

Ideal candidates should possess the following criteria:

- Energetic and enthusiastic educators with teaching experience.

- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

- A passion for working with students and families.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Has academic coaching experience.

A qualified applicant will meet at least one of the following criteria:

- You hold a registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.

- You are qualified to teach in a Canadian Province/Territory outside of Ontario.

- You are qualified to teach in the United States.

- You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.

- You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian university or college.
