Now Hiring : Operator Technicians (Pharmaceutical Company)
We are currently seeking Operator Technicians to join our client’s team, working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical packaging environment.
As an Operator Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of automated and semi-automated packaging equipment. You will act as the first line of technical support on the production floor, driving line efficiency, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on automated / semi-automated packaging machinery
- Respond to technical issues and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical problems (e.g., sensors, relays, positioning)
- Support production goals by minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance
- Ensure proper documentation in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and batch records
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to maintain high product standards
- Operate HMI / PLC interfaces, vision systems, and serialization equipment where required
