Job description
Ready to Grow? Join Richmond’s Premier Food Production Team! Are you looking for more than just a job? Join a thriving food manufacturing leader where your hard work is rewarded with stability, competitive pay, and a clear path for growth. We aren't just packing food; we’re building a team of excellence—and we want you to be a part of it.
The Essentials:

Starting Wage: $21.00/hour

Status: Full-Time, Permanent (No seasonal layoffs here!)

The Perk: Comprehensive, paid GMP & Food Safety training to kickstart your career.

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Beat the morning rush)

📍 Location Note: Our Richmond facility is a hidden gem! Because we are off the main transit lines, a reliable vehicle is required

Advantages

Permanent Career Path: This isn't a short-term gig. We are looking for long-term team members who want to grow as the company expands.
Room to Grow: Step in on the ground floor! Startup environments offer the fastest routes to lead hand and supervisory roles for those who show initiative.
Professional Training: We provide full orientation and hands-on training to ensure you are an expert in food safety and production.

Responsibilities
Stay Cool & Active: Work in a refreshing, temperature-controlled environment—perfect for staying energized throughout your shift!

Precision Handling: Take pride in preparing and packaging premium proteins (Beef, Chicken, and Pork) for our customers.

The "Workday Workout": Stay fit on the job with an active role that involves consistent movement and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Day 1 Success: We set you up for greatness with a fully paid orientation and hands-on training from the moment you start.

Qualifications
Joining the Team:

Attitude: Looking for energetic "can-do" personalities!

Language: 10/10 English proficiency for clear communication.

Status: Must have a valid work permit (1+ year remaining).

Our Hygiene & Safety Code:
We take food safety seriously. To join our production floor, you must be comfortable with:

Strict Hygiene: High standards of personal cleanliness.

Production Attire: Wearing provided smocks, nets, and covers daily.

Natural Look: No jewelry, fake nails/lashes, or perfumes/colognes (essential for food purity).

If you are reliable, punctual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start date.

A Quick Note: We value transparency! Since this role involves a chilled environment and handling meat products, please ensure you are comfortable with these conditions. If not, feel free to reach out—we’d love to see if we have other opportunities that fit you better!
