Job Title: Order PickerJob Description

Begin your journey with a comprehensive SOP and Health & Safety training session, ensuring you are well-prepared for the tasks ahead. Initially, you will engage in repetitive lifting, managing bins from trucks, and ensuring proper disposal of waste in compactors. Once familiar with these tasks, you will transition to order picking using iPads. This role is designed to support ongoing projects for the next four weeks, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Complete SOP and Health & Safety training.
• Manage carts and totes, perform repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
• Clear bins from trucks and check for returned products or garbage.
• Dispose of garbage in compactors.
• Transition to order picking using iPads.

Essential Skills

• Experience in order picking and general labor.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Healthcare experience.
• Experience with walkie equipment.

Work Environment

The work environment is a brand new, fast-paced, large distribution facility that is clean, well-lit, and safety-focused. Diversity is a key aspect of our team culture. Steel-toed shoes are required, and vests will be provided. The available shift is a night shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM. Enjoy a 30-minute unpaid lunch and a 15-minute paid break. The schedule has been adjusted to allow staff to leave 15 minutes early.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.60/hr.
