Shifts: Day Shift Full time, Permanent (5:00am – 3:30pm) Afternoon Shift Full time, Permanent (3:30pm – 2:00am) Precision Resource offers: Shift premium – afternoon shift 10% Benefits package including health, dental, life and CI RRSP/DPSP with match Annual bonus based on division profitability Vacation and flexible paid holidays Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs Tuition reimbursement and paid training Work with an established team of long-term employees Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to operate presses Applies safe workplace practices in material handling and machine operation.
Attention to detail is essential with regard to quality standards and paperwork procedures.
Excellent understanding of measurement and applications in the use of both metric and imperial measurement tools Experience in measuring tight tolerances Experience in loading/unloading of uncoiler Communicate to Supervisor any problem areas, deficiencies, and quality issues.
Keep work area clean and tidy and work in an organized manner.
Accurate recording of time including time-clock, job activities, and other data entry.
Regular and punctual attendance at work.
Education and Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment operating press or equivalent Completion of high school diploma or attainment of an equivalent degree (GED) Must have basic mechanical, measurement, and computer skills.
